I was disappointed with the pricing. For what it is, it just felt way too expensive, and I kind of blame them for making it hard to feel like it was worth it...

The quality is good overall, so I can’t really complain too much. It’s just a bit annoying that there isn’t more to say beyond that, but yeah, it seems solid enough

The payment went through without any drama, and the checkout page was easy enough to use. I did spend what felt like forever looking for the card section, even though it was probably only a minute, but it wasn’t a big deal. The order confirmation came through right away. Overall, it was a good experience, just could be a tiny bit smoother.

Most of my order showed up correctly, but one item was wrong. Support did fix it eventually, which I appreciated, but it still took extra time to sort out. Just a heads up to others: check everything as soon as it arrives so you can catch any mistakes right away.

I ordered from thekyshop.com and the shipping ended up being way slower than I expected. I wasn’t looking for next-day delivery or anything, but it definitely went past the timeframe they showed me, and the tracking barely changed the whole time.
The item did finally show up and it was fine, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. Still, waiting around with almost no updates was frustrating, and I don’t really trust customer service to give a straight answer when stuff like this happens. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I really didn’t care when it arrived

I spent a little while clicking around the site, thinking I’d eventually find what I needed, but it just didn’t happen. Everything felt harder to track down than it should’ve been, and after a bit I got annoyed and gave up.

I reached out to support a few different times and then just sat there waiting for days with no response. By the time they finally got back to me, their reply didn’t even answer what I asked. the whole thing was really frustrating, and I wouldn’t bother using them again.

I tried returning my order and it was way more frustrating than I expected lol. The refund never showed up, and my emails didn’t get a response. Overall, the return process was disappointing.

I’ve ordered from thekyshop.com twice now, and yeah… both times the package showed up on the day they said it would. So that was nice. The packaging was alright too, nothing damaged or anything. It wasn’t exactly super fast, but not slow in a bad way either. Just kind of… worked out fine, no real complaints...
